Ongoing Project
As a church administrator, I'm passionate about helping other women see their role in the body as essential! Administration can feel isolating. Often times, women in this role are one-of-one, working behind the scenes, and don't have the support of a team to labor alongside. Yet, organization, systems, and processes are a vital part of the church's ability to function. It's my desire to encourage others in similar roles as mine to develop their gifts, be effective in their jobs, and see administration as a ministry- an ADMINistry, if you will.
Part of this project is creating a community of women to share resources and develop their skills. I envision a regular newsletter via Substack with encouragements, practical tools like trainings and handbooks, as well as devotionals.
Ultimately, the purpose of this project is to build up the body and bring glory to Christ.
